これは大ブリテン連合王国 National Maritime Museumにメールで問い合わせた結果、個人・非営利の使用に限り「許可される使用（Permitted use）」であると判断されることによります。
It was judged, only the use of the non-commercial and personal web site was "Permitted use" since it inquired of National Maritime Museum.

メールの経緯(Details of inquiry)

3回のメール全てに2006年8月1日現在回答が無いためメール本文記載のとおり、個人・非営利の使用に限り「許可される使用（Permitted use）」であると判断、使用しています。
I sent National Maritime Museum the mail of the question three times. I questioned the use of my image of National Maritime Museum on the Web site.
However, on 01 August 2006, I have never received the answer of the mail that I sent from National Maritime Museum three times in the past.
Therefore, I judge the use of National Maritime Museum's images on my site to be "Permitted use", it's doesn't become a infringement of the National Maritime Museum's copyright.

「Coryright Corbis.com」表示のある画像は当サイト管理者が管理者がCorbis社とのライセンス契約に基づき使用しています。
「Coryright Corbis.com」表示のある画像を無断で複製、転用、改変することを固く禁じます。

すでに著作権の存在しない1780年発行のオリジナル版よりコピーして使用しています。しかし、掲載にあたり多大な労力を要したため、
いかなる理由を問わず、複製、転用、改変を禁じます。

著作権表示の明記されていない画像は、基本的に当サイト管理者が撮影、作成した画像です。著作権のすべては管理者であるサイト管理者である只野　四十郎が有します。
いかなる理由を問わず、複製、転用、改変を禁じます。
ただし、Captain's Log、掲示板で使用されるフェイスマークなどはGPLの元で配布される著作権フリーのものを使用しています。

著作権に違反した場合、日本国、大ブリテン連合王国、アメリカ合衆国の著作権関連法に基づき処罰される場合があります。
